Louisville, Superior and Lafayette Colorado blend the old and new and sit along the Highway 36 corridor only a few miles east of Boulder Colorado. The three, combined, have almost three thousand acres of open space, in addition to established parks and miles of trails. All three areas have an older town center, surrounding by newer residential and commercial growth. Superior Colorado is the newest of the three towns, but has been growing rapidly over the past twenty years—offering plenty of rental options such as townhouses, homes, condos and apartments. Louisville Colorado sits right across Highway 36 from Superior and its historic section dates back to 1882! Also featuring apartments, townhouses and homes for rent as well as sale, Louisville is a prime location to move. It was named number three in Money Magazine’s “Best Places to Live” in 2007. Lafayette Colorado is Louisville’s next door neighbor and has a vibrant economy. Like its neighbors, Louisville and Superior, Lafayette has quiet streets and wonderful small town atmosphere.
